Locarno, Knokke

The former Locarno Hotel, where our regional offices are currently established, is soon to be given a new, mixed retail - offices - residential destination. It is located at 78 Kustlaan, less than 100 m from the famous Albert Square and on one of Knokke's high profile shopping boulevards.

The old building will be replaced by an architectural gem. Due to its prime location, the ground floor will be available for two high end retail shops. The first floor will have 300 m² of high quality office space. On the second floor, we have designed six spacious and luxurious apartments. With construction scheduled to start later this year, we expect this exceptional project to be completed in the course of 2011.
